I am calling you now
despairing, delighting, daydreaming
propped against this body of air
which sits where you are not
Calling you now, my phantom
I dress you with my wonder
of how you can look so lovely
when you are not here
Calling you now, my boredom
is not what beseeches me to wander
to places where your echoes
still ring clear
And still I am calling you now
as I sit here
